Store Regulations

 1. You are requested to read these regulations in their entirety and in full, as a prerequisite for entering into a contract between us

2. The store is used for purchasing products by the public surfing the Internet in Israel and is authorized to purchase from it by those aged 18 or over, who have an e-mail box in Israel and a residential address in Israel, who have a valid credit card in Israel.

3. A condition for the validity of a participant's winning the purchase is the credit card company's approval of the transaction and its collection.

4. Browsing the store and/or purchasing a product and/or service offered for sale therein, receives your consent and acts in accordance with the provisions of the regulations, therefore if you do not agree to the terms of these regulations, you are requested not to make any use of the store.

6. The price includes VAT unless otherwise expressly stated.

Regular purchase

In a regular sale, a limited quantity of products are offered for sale at a predetermined price. The sale process will be carried out under the following conditions:

1. The store will display a list of products including all the details about the product or service offered for sale and the price as determined in advance, the sale is until the stock runs out.

2. After adding the requested products to the "shopping cart", the buyer will continue on the "shopping cart" page to "Confirm purchase" and there he will fill in his full details of the online purchase process.

3. Completion of the sale process was carried out after confirming the transaction by phone within 24 hours (of a business day) of the date of placing the order. The customer will be returned to the phone to take details and verify that the requested product is in stock and the order is issued in its entirety.

2. You may cancel the purchase of a product 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Cancellation will be made only by notice sent in writing and/or by fax and/or by e-mail on the way to the store.

3. In the event of cancellation of the transaction, the customer will be charged 5% but not more than 100 NIS, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

4. If the product was provided to the customer, the customer is obliged to return the product to the store itself. It is agreed that the customer will return the product in its packaging, intact and without damage and/or damage and/or defect of any kind.

6. The store will be entitled to cancel a sale transaction in whole or in part or the following sales:

8. In the event that the product is out of stock after an order has been placed, the store may cancel the sale and/or offer an alternative product of equivalent value. Notification of a subsequent cancellation will be made in writing or by telephone.

 Product Delivery

1. Ensure timely delivery of the product to the address entered by the customer on the registration page, within the date specified on the product sales page, unless otherwise expressly stated in the credit company's confirmation of the transaction.

2. The store and/or the seller will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the following product:

2.1 Force majeure and without prejudice to the generality of the above, war, hostilities, emergencies and natural disasters.

2.2 Strike by the companies transporting products.

3. Delivery times for products and/or services are specified on the sales page as related Only business days, i.e., Sunday-Thursday excluding Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Shipping fees

1. The shipping fees for "Regular Registered" shipping are included in the product. If the customer wishes to upgrade the shipping type, he will do so on the "Shopping Cart" page, where a price will be found next to each shipping type. This price will be added to the final payment.

2. In installment sales, the store and/or supplier may charge the shipping fees in the first payment.

3. The customer can collect the product in advance.

4. It is agreed that in the event of collection by the customer, no shipping fees will be charged to the customer.
